Experience two of South America’s most important and renowned destinations on one exciting tour. The Galápagos, a foremost natural history destination offers visitors the chance to watch and photograph unique species of wildlife, learn about our planet and how species evolved, and observe animal behaviors not normally seen including courtship rituals, nest building and/or the rearing of young! Machu Picchu, the jewel of Inca architecture, a site created in harmony with its natural surroundings allows visitors a glimpse into a not too distant, fascinating past.

Following our 8-day cruise, we fly back to Quito and connect for the flight to Lima and, the next morning, on to Cusco. Here we spend a couple of days exploring impressive Inca sites such as the Coricancha, Sacsayhuaman, Chinchero & Ollantaytambo. A visit to Pisac is another opportunity to experience and shop the colorful Andean markets before taking the train to Machu Picchu. Spending the night at a nearby hotel we have plenty of time for in-depth explorations of the Incas Lost City before returning to Cusco and Lima.
